36 Essential Techniques: Distilled from over 600 Jiu-Jitsu moves, these 36 techniques are proven effective in real-life scenarios. Developed initially for the U.S. Army, our program focuses exclusively on these crucial techniques.
Beginner-Friendly: No prior experience? No problem! Our program is designed for absolute beginners. Regardless of age, gender, or physical ability, our instructors ensure an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
Progress at Your Pace: The program divides the 36 techniques into 23 one-hour classes. You can start at any class and proceed in any order, allowing for a flexible and stress-free learning experience.
Step-by-Step Learning Process:
Step 1: Learn the Techniques in a clear, structured format.
Step 2: Develop Reflexes through the Reflex Development (RD) Classes, where you'll practice combining techniques in simulated scenarios.
Step 3: Earn Your Gracie Combatives Belt by demonstrating proficiency in the techniques and their application.
No Competitive Sparring: To prioritize safety and focus on learning, our program does not include competitive sparring.
Online Access & Worldwide Training: Enrollment grants you free access to Gracie University Online for comprehensive video lessons. Plus, train at any Gracie Certified Training Center globally for up to 30 days per year, free of charge.
